During her studies at the University of Otago, Anya worked in the Oranga Tamariki legal team in Dunedin, which cemented her passion for family law. Anya is professional and empathetic in her approach to legal issues. Her thoroughness and diligence provide Anya's clients with comprehensive legal solutions at challenging times in their lives.
Anya primarily practices in the family team. She assists with care of children, guardianship, family violence and relationship property matters. She thrives on empowering her clients with the confidence to navigate through difficult and complex issues.
Anya also assists in health law and regulatory matters including ACC processes and professional disciplinary processes. Anya has experience in assisting with professional investigations, prosecutions and ACC disputes. She enjoys the challenge of navigating the specialised and sensitive areas associated with regulation in New Zealand's unique healthcare sector.

Originally from Wellington and having studied in Dunedin, Anya is proud to call the beautiful Taranaki region home. Anya has a keen interest in all things culinary. Outside the office, she will be found entertaining friends or family and trying out the local eateries with her partner. The remaining portion of her spare time she dedicates to keeping active and travelling.
