Priyaanka has a deep understanding of covenants, easements and other associated property documentation relevant for the protection of client’s rights and obligations.
In the Commercial Law area, Priyaanka is well-versed in contractual terms of commercial agreements and leases, business sales and purchases, commercial property sales and purchases, commercial refinancing, and commercial leasing.
Outside of Govett Quilliam
Priyaanka dedicates a lot of her spare time to fitness and keeping active. She enjoys going out to local eateries and events involving food, art, and music. Priyaanka also enjoys exploring the beautiful outdoors of Taranaki and getting away on weekends for adventures further afield.
