Health services  

We have for many years acted for the Taranaki District Health Board and understand the health sector as it has changed through various statutory and regulatory manifestations. On behalf of the District Health Board we have been involved in dealing with significant contracting, public/private enterprise opportunities, and associated health sector compliance issues.

In addition, we act for a number of operators in the pharmacy and medical sectors. We understand both the pressures and concerns of the retail pharmacist and medical practitioners the inter relationship between different health services and Government funding.
