Client Experience and Administration Support - Part time

The Client Experience and Administration Support is a busy and varied front-of-house role with important client-hosting and administration responsibilities. We are looking for a professional, dynamic and personable team player who is able to provide an outstanding experience to our clients, both in person and over the phone.

In addition to the day-to-day front-of-house responsibilities (which include welcoming clients, managing our meeting rooms, answering calls and emails, and preparing for in-house events and external functions), the role involves providing administration support to the wider team by way of closing digital files, assisting with uplifts and booking travel and accommodation.

You will bring energy and initiative to the role, have excellent communication skills and the ability to build a rapport and to communicate professionally with our clients. Strong IT capabilities, organisation skills and attention to detail are a must.

With a positive outlook and the willingness to pitch-in and support the team, together we will provide the best possible service to our clients.

Offered as a part-time role, with preferred days Wednesday to Friday (20 hours).
