Team Experience and Administration Support

GQ is passionate about providing an exceptional client and team experience. The Team Experience and Administration Support is a busy and varied role that supports the wider team in our vibrant law firm by ensuring that operations behind-the-scenes are running smoothly. 

In addition to the day-to-day support you will provide our team, you will have a range of responsibilities including daily deliveries, managing office and grocery supplies, maintaining team spaces, covering reception, client file and deeds administration, and preparing for in-house events and external functions.  You will bring energy and initiative to the role.  You will be a dynamic, positive team player who is quick to pitch-in and support the team in providing the best possible service to our clients.

Offered as a full-time role (8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday).  You will need to hold a valid driver licence.
